Len contacted me my Text message, before he arrived at our home. He was courteous and professional. I explained our problem and he began his diagnostics of our AC unit. Len explained the water from the vent was from condensation. Len checked the two drainpipes and he opened the plentem to see how the water accumulated and flows to drain lines.
