They answered every single question I could think of and then spent time on the phone with me answering additional questions. I have their semi-annual maintenance plan which I highly recommend. For every visit, they send a photo and a profile of the technician being sent to your home. I appreciate the extra effort they take to make me feel safe. Today I had my brand new carrier GREEN SPEED air conditioner installed by colony’s best installation team and they did not disappoint. Manny, sayid, and Louis were professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. Everything went smoothly and the work area is cleaner than how they found it.
