Jeffrey and his team replaced one of our furnaces today. In general you expect any construction project to be a little messy - it just goes with the territory... But at no time during the job was there even the slightest issue! Tarps on all the carpets, they wrapped the unit in a blanket so no scuffed walls, everything was smooth. Jeffrey was also very polite - easy to talk to, kept me informed throughout the project and was in and out in less than 4 hours! Thank you ajeffrey for another great experience from Colony A/C!

Charlie came to do a routine checkup on my heating system prior to the winter months, and as always, was efficient, explained everything in layman’s terms, and was respectful throughout the process.

We reached out to multiple companies for estimates and help with suggestions on how to make our system replacement better for our house (2 story with 2 thermostats but only one system). Rene was the third person to visit our house but the only person that explained why our existing system was a terrible design and how they would fix it for us! Fast forward a couple weeks and the installation team showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and ......shocker, actually did what they were going to do and did a clean, professional job. Really glad we went with Colony, even if the cost was a little more......it was absolutely worth it.
