I have Colony AC out twice a year to check my system. The techs have always been personable and thorough. They never try to up-sell me on anything, but always make sure I understand what the issues are (if any). Can’t recommend Colony enough!

Bobby is very thorough and explains everything in detail regarding our system when making any recommendations for service. He's very polite and happily puts up with our yappy dogs. We've been with Colony since we moved here 5 years ago, and have always been very pleased with the service!

Bobby came by last week to do preventive maintenance. He diagnosed a bad board that caused my air to continue blowing all the time. He had to get the part and came back yesterday to install. He was right on the diagnose and was able to change and finish maintenance. I have been using The Colony AC for 13 years and never been dissatisfied. Customer for life!!

Very professional and thorough

Bobby serviced our the heating portion of our system during our regular schedule maintenance appointment. Bobby discovered that one of the air duct lines had been cut off and took care of that for us. Now the airflow is so much better downstairs. Bobby also showed me where the valve is located so I know how to fix the problem should it ever come up again. In addition, he made some me suggestions to what we could do to improve the air quality in our home. Since we have 2 people in the house that suffer from allergies, I was very appreciative of the information he shared with me about how we improve the air in our house. Thanks for all your help today Bobby!
