Matt was genuinely a nice guy. He came out at 9pm on a Friday night because my ac was blowing warm air and it was 85 degrees in my house. He walked me through everything he was checking, was thorough in his inspection, took his time and got it back to cooling in an hour. He didnt try to sell me any unnecessary parts or services. We are so glad we made the switch to colony air, haven’t thought twice about it since we did it.
We have been using Colony Air Conditioning & Heating for years doing our system spring and fall maintenance, but our 22 year old system was no longer worth fixing anymore, so we work with Colony Air to quote and install a new HVAC /furnace system. Bryan/Elaine were very thorough with their proposal preparation and answered our questions to adjust our proposal to the one that met our needs. A team of four (4) service professionals (Jesus, Joe, Phillip and Andrew) showed up on the day of the install and they were very conscientious about prepping the work area and the high traffic areas in our house for removing the old system and bringing up the pieces for the new system. We could tell this was a very experienced team by how well they work with each other and did their respective jobs in a teamwork manner. They gave us a tour of their finished job both inside and outside our house answering our questions (e.g., operating the new thermostat and they would perform the warranty registration on our behalf). They operationally check our new system and we could immediately tell the difference and were very pleased with their completed work which took between 5 to 6 hours from start to finish for our system. Thank you Colony Air Conditioning & Heating on a job well done!!!!
Cal and I were thrilled with Sean. He cleaned, checked, and cleared out both upstairs and the outside unit. That had never been so completely done before and we were thrilled.
