On the first cool day of the year, our gas furnace was not working. We called at 11:1am and they had a technician at our house by 1:30 pm. He explained the issues and solutions available to us, fixed the problem and was gone by 3 pm.

Emilio arrived on time and was thorough as he performed the services on both the indoor and outdoor units. He blew out the condensate line, cautioned that a new pan should be installed in the near future, and actually took the cover off of the outside unit to get it properly clean. He even rolled the hose back up nicely. 5 Stars!
