My 1st experience with Colony. The tech Rene was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. All techs are NATE certified and paid hourly, not on commission, so it's less likely they'll ever recommend a product or service that is not necessary as they don't personally benefit. We'll be using them in the future. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan.
