Colony Air Conditioning came out and gave a second opinion of a failed AC unit and quoted a replacement which I took a few days to decide repair or replace. Since my unit was around 15 years old I decided to replace it. Colony Air quoted me several options and I selected one for a complete AC and furnace replacement. I got on the schedule within a few days and they promptly arrived and did a replacement install with a new unit. The workers were polite and considerate. We just had new carpet and hardwood floors installed. The workers covered the floor end-end for their paths, including the stairs. The install went well and completed the job in less than a day. I inspected the work and it has all the professional quality one would expect. At the end they removed all debris and packaging and swept the areas. We are extremely happy how this replacement install went. We have not found anything we disliked or questioned about the service. Kudos to the crew! This is the second time I have used Colony Air.

I'd used the same service company for 5 years. They'd somewhat recently been purchased by a larger player and had since become more sales-focused. Our last recommended service came with $4000 worth of "recommended work". I found Colony through the Carrier website. They had someone out the next day to provide a free "second opinion" service. Rene took the time to clean our outdoor unit more than the prior company had just a week prior. He also clarified that we likely didn't need the services that the other service had recommended. I think I'm ready to dump my old service!
