We have been using Colony for several years. We've had the same tech, Tony, 2 or 3 times now. He is very pleasant to work with, very easy to talk to and explains everything he does well. They have caught and fixed several issues on both our AC and furnace which probably would have required replacement already were it now for their tuneups. I highly recommend Colony.

As always - the technician arrived in a very timely manner. He was professional & cordial with a great attitude - and this was an "after-regular-business-hours" call. My a/c had gone out. The technician, Carl, listened to the information I could provide and went right to work - checking out the a/c unit outside and running tests/diagnostics. He quickly determined and explained what the issue was and fixed it asap. He went over the details with us re: the repair and corresponding charges. We were all so grateful that he got here so quickly and diagnosed and repaired the problem so thoroughly and efficiently. I always call Colony A/C & Heating because of their great customer service and expertise.
