Hottest day of the year, and on my birthday, and my air conditioner that I purchased some years ago from Colony Air Conditioning died on me. I called Colony and had a next day appointment. As per usual the call staff were polite and efficient. My service tech (Ben) was on time and very kind and immediately went to work. An hour or so later he had me back up and cool again and the price was quite reasonable. Want to reiterate that Ben was extremely kind, courteous and did a great job of explaining what had happened and how he fixed it. It’s not often I have a smile on my face after a contractor has visited, but I had one this time. And that has been my prevailing feelings each time I have worked with them. My father has used them, I use them and I highly recommend them to my friends and family. They have been great!!👍👍😄😄👍👍
Complete waste of $260 to clear a drain line. Failed in less than 2 weeks. When I initially called in to have them come back out the phone operator told me it wasn’t warrantied so they couldn’t come out. I told him the tech said he would come out if it failed in less than 30 days. So he changed his mind and sent the guy out. Guy came out again tried to clear it and said it was clogged and to call a plumber. He was nice though. Just a complete waste of my money.
