They answered every single question I could think of and then spent time on the phone with me answering additional questions. I have their semi-annual maintenance plan which I highly recommend. For every visit, they send a photo and a profile of the technician being sent to your home. I appreciate the extra effort they take to make me feel safe. Today I had my brand new carrier GREEN SPEED air conditioner installed by colony’s best installation team and they did not disappoint.
