Honest & thorough
Frank had bad news - need to replace the hvac unit but I had a feeling that was coming. It is a 25 year old unit in Texas. Frank was honest about the problem and possible solution, thoroughly explained via video and photos, and patiently answered my questions. We need more men in this world like Frank!
