Len O was the tech that came out to do our system check. He was efficient and finished quickly. He mentioned some issues to watch out for in the future. We have used The Colony AC & Heating for almost 15 years? They always provide excellent service. We highly recommend them!

Very professional and did a great overall job

The AC stopped working in my mothers house today. Over 100 degrees. I didn’t believe there was any chance that I would be able to get someone out to look at it today. I call I made was to Colony Air Conditioning and Heating. They said they could get someone out after hours between 5:00 and 8:00. To my surprise they called a couple of hours later and said someone was on the way. Josh arrived early, wanted for me to there and then did an outstanding job repairing my AC. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem, fixed it and had it up and running in no time. Josh provided excellent customer service. I was very impressed. Colony Air Conditioning and Heating- you have a great employee representing your company!

I will forever be a customer of Colony AC. Not only was I able to get a service call scheduled quickly, the technician, Josh, went above and beyond. After delivering the bad news to me that I would need a new AC unit he explained everything to me in language I could understand and went so far as to do his best to calm my nerves about the entire situation. He was calm, cool, collected and extremely professional. It felt like I had a friend looking out for me, not someone working for a company who is just looking to make money. I will highly highly recommend Colony AC to anyone I know and Josh definitely deserves a reward!! Thank you!!!!

Len contacted me my Text message, before he arrived at our home. He was courteous and professional. I explained our problem and he began his diagnostics of our AC unit. Len explained the water from the vent was from condensation. Len checked the two drainpipes and he opened the plentem to see how the water accumulated and flows to drain lines. The Colony A/C installation team did a fantastic job for us. Excellent communication. Efficient installation. Great cleanup. Our effective A/C unit is cooling everything done as I write this review. We also love the Ecobee smart home units that came with our new 3 ton 2 stage A/C unit & new furnace. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend that you try Colony for your Air Conditioning & furnace replacement.

Danny found an issue and replaced the part under warranty. Saved me from a larger issue in the future. He also changed a setting on the smart thermostats to keep my fan from running as often. He was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job
