We had a system upgrade available for our Carrier AC/Heating system. I did the upgrade. Immediately receive an email stating there was a problem with a gas valve in our heating system. This happened at 10 PM at night. We were concerned about the bad possibilities of a gas problem. Called Colony (they installed our new system 10 months ago), talked with their afterhours answering service. A few minutes later I received a call from Len - their on-call tech. He was at our house in 20 minutes. Len went over our system and explained everything about our warning notice. He reset the gas pressure and all was well. I knew we needed a new air filter, so he installed one for us while he was here. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and upbeat. This was an overall great service experience.
