It was too bad that my excellent experience with his professionalism was marred by the disappointing reliability of the Carrier unit that I purchased from Colony just 2 years ago. But this survey is about him, not about the AC unit.

Carl is great! Have just recently returned to Colony as provider. Was glad Carl was still with them and that he was the one sent to service our AC. He patiently answers all of my questions. And more importantly, he does the repairs/service right the first time!

Carl came out after my two unit system failed yet again at the hands of an unscrupulous repair group in argyle had caused my kitchen to flood for the second time! I am extremely impressed with Carl's knowledge and experience. He just finished my winter checkup and recommended a couple of things which should keep the problems away. After the other folks from my (former) home protection insurance service made a disaster of my home, the money spent on a policy with Colony is a much better value.
