Charlie Enriquez was thorough and diligent in troubleshooting the issue with my upstairs AC unit. I give him high marks. It was too bad that my excellent experience with his professionalism was marred by the disappointing reliability of the Carrier unit that I purchased from Colony just 2 years ago. But this survey is about him, not about the AC unit.

Carl came out after my two unit system failed yet again at the hands of an unscrupulous repair group in argyle had caused my kitchen to flood for the second time! I am extremely impressed with Carl's knowledge and experience. He just finished my winter checkup and recommended a couple of things which should keep the problems away. After the other folks from my (former) home protection insurance service made a disaster of my home, the money spent on a policy with Colony is a much better value.
