Matt is awesome! He is knowledgeable, professional, thorough and extremely customer service oriented. We get our bi-annual service every year with The Colony AC and have done so for the last 12 years. Emilio is on the ball. They always respond quickly and we trust and value their work.

Colony Air provides exceptional service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Manny and his partner were very respectful and had a great insight to repositioning the new unit and duct work. I really appreciate their time and effort they spent in the hot attic to complete the job

The technician, Matt, was on time for the scheduled appointment and was very friendly. He was able to diagnose the AC issue and resolve it right away. He was very knowledgeable of the unit and gave suggestions for maintaining it.

The crew was courteous and polite and respectful. Very knowledgeable and we’re just good dudes. Great sense of humor and did the job in less time than expected. They showed me the new system and pointed out the work done. Answered all of my questions.

Matt is personable, knowledgeable, and does a great job of explaining the problem and solution.

They serviced the system satisfactorily, but changed my settings and left them that way when they left. The house got hot & it took awhile to figure it out & it was middle of night. I was not happy. And, I had to do it this afternoon again & hope I have it right this time. If they change things for their purposes to service unit, they should make sure they are back to homeowner’s settings before they leave.
