Matt is awesome! He takes the time to explain issues or work being carried out. Through his recent service of our system he proactively alerted me to a gas leak I wasn’t aware of which we got fixed the same day.

Michael provided excellent service with a thorough check-up of out two furnace system. He did a full check-up and provided a full description of everything he had done with a clear review of his findings. I would definitely be happy to have him look after any cooling or heating needs we might have.

Tech arrived on time and since my unit was only 5 months old, he thought it would be a quick and easy check. Once he went outside he realized that the outside unit was not responding to the thermostat. After an hour of internet searches and trials he got the thermostat setup correctly to register that I had a heat pump. It was not 100% set up for winter when it was installed this summer. So, a 40 min check took 2 hours and I’m grateful he took the time to figure it out and get it setup correctly.
