I can always trust Colony Heating and Air to do thorough checks and, if any service is needed, to explain what’s needed and why in a manner that I can understand. My system runs smoothly due to their care. Matt did a great job today. I always appreciate the friendliness of the Colony staff.

My service call was on a Monday. The appointment had been set for several weeks. I received a reminder text Sunday and a phone call Monday morning. Longtime tech, Charlie, was on time, knowledgeable, and as courteous as he always is.

Josh let us know the problem we were encountering was actually a simple fix with our air filter. Our unit is 20 years old - he gave us insight on how to keep it going a little longer and some options for when it does finally give out. We will definitely come back to Colony Air Conditioning and Heating when it’s time to replace our unit! Friendly service and very consultative without being pushy.

Guys were respectful of our home. They were polite, helpful, and quick. Whole new system in one day. They took time to show us how to work everything.
