I was extremely pleased with my experience with Colony. Charlie was efficient and knowledgable. The first company we called recommended a brand new system, totaling $10,500. Charlie came out and after examining the issue, he deducted that a new capacitor could fix the problem. We took the chance and he was right. He also came back out at 7:30 pm another night to diagnose why our fan continued to run. I've already shared this experience with my neighbors and friends. Colony is the only AC company we'll use.

The first guy that came out to diagnose the problem was very friendly and explained everything..the next day when the tech came out to install the part he was very friendly and efficient.

The technician that came today, this morning, was excellent! Took his time in determining what was the issue for the AC unit not cooling the upstairs area. Did not attempt to pressure me/us into purchasing anything that was not needed. Would actually refer this company to family and friends. Great Job!!!

Great service and a quick response. Tech was friendly and professional. He trouble shooted and found the problem right away. Tech explained everything clearly to me and replaced the part and checked everything else out. He was done within an hour. Very reasonable price too.
