Colony HVAC has been servicing my HVAC for the past 9-10 years; I kept them on when I purchased the house two years ago. They are prompt, courteous, honest, explain details and answer all my questions. I subscribe to their annual service which includes a Spring AC visit and a Fall furnace visit. Apparently they did all the new installation go or the previous owners so they have all my history. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
