The AC stopped working in my mothers house today. Over 100 degrees. I didn’t believe there was any chance that I would be able to get someone out to look at it today. I call I made was to Colony Air Conditioning and Heating. They said they could get someone out after hours between 5:00 and 8:00. To my surprise they called a couple of hours later and said someone was on the way. Josh arrived early, wanted for me to there and then did an outstanding job repairing my AC. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem, fixed it and had it up and running in no time. Josh provided excellent customer service. I was very impressed. Colony Air Conditioning and Heating- you have a great employee representing your company!

I will forever be a customer of Colony AC. Not only was I able to get a service call scheduled quickly, the technician, Josh, went above and beyond. After delivering the bad news to me that I would need a new AC unit he explained everything to me in language I could understand and went so far as to do his best to calm my nerves about the entire situation. He was calm, cool, collected and extremely professional. It felt like I had a friend looking out for me, not someone working for a company who is just looking to make money.
