Would like to see the service windows reduced from 1-4 hours to at least 1-3 hours and preferably 1-2 hours.

Thermostat had an error code I couldn't clear and heat wasn't working. Within hours of my call Emillio and Ben arrived. They were in the attic for less than 10 min before returning with the news.....not one but both my furnace doors had come off throwing the system into a safety shut down. They attached the doors and added some screws for extra measure and were done. I was charged only for the service call. They could have told me almost anything, charged a couple of hundred dollars and I never would have been the wiser. Honesty above reproach is rare but standard with Colony Air. Over the past 19 years (and two homes) I have used Colony Air I have had multiple such experiences.

Emilio was very professional and Showed up in a timely fashion as promised. Colony informed me via phone and text with tracking ability. Emilo took the time to explain a few things to me around proper use of the dampers on my 2 units.

Today's service was the first maintenance check for my new unit that was installed last summer. Colony Air is one of the best AC companies that I've ever dealt with. Also keeping health and safety in mind during the COVID pandemic, the technicians wear house booties, gloves and masks; and they ask customers to also wear a mask to ensure the highest level of protection is provided to the customer and to the company. Once the service is completed, they review in detail, allowing time for Q&A. They offer honest recommendations for optional services to improve air quality, reducing dust partials and allergens, when needed. I received a reminder call the day before and 20 min before arrival. The tech was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Same tech handled both homes. This is a good company and I use the annual CSP membership to help avoid breakdowns during the heating and cooling seasons.
